For our part, we are committed to training our staff in responsible gambling practices to encourage customers to engage with their gambling as a social and recreational activity in a supportive environment.

SELF EXCLUSION

In South Australia exclusion (known as barring) from any form of gambling is available. You can ask a gambling provider (venue) or Consumer and Business Services (CBS) to bar you from entering an area where gambling takes place.

This includes all gambling activities: gaming machines in hotels or clubs; the Adelaide Casino; as well as betting on racing, sport, Keno or lotteries.

Family members and concerned others can initiate a barring (involuntary barring).  Barring from multiple venues is available through CBS. Further information can be sought from the gambling venue/provider or contact Consumer and Business Services (CBS) directly on (08) 8204 9966.
